Why I moved to Substack...
Two years ago I started my weekly Digital Banking Newsletter on Mailchimp, completely for free.
It started off as an extension from the daily updates I post on Linkedin. If people are asking for a full overview, I deliver. 😉
I dedicate a lot of time every day to research the FinTech industry and curate articles to share with my followers on Linkedin and in my newsletters.
The main topics are Payments, Digital Banking, and Open Banking and I want to provide my network with the best articles on every segment.
This is why I decided to launch a “FinTech Weekly” newsletter where I cover a summary of several FinTech segments aside from the “Digital Banking Weekly” I already publish every week where I will continue focussing on Digital Banking related news and insights.
This way I can bring even more value, and bring more targetted quality content to the FinTech industry.
Of course, I still have my Daily Newsletters on FinTech and Digital Banking for FREE, but the weekly summaries with deep-dive market reports, podcast recommendations, exclusive articles and interviews, etc. take a lot of time and effort and I hope you are willing to contribute so I can continue working on quality content and curating the news for you!
On this Substack, I will also try to build a community where we can share news and insights through comments on the articles and newsletters I send out. This is something that is not possible on Mailchimp, and I am sure this will bring a lot of value to the content I am putting out there.
I can’t wait to publish more content and newsletters in 2021 and bring as much value as possible to the global FinTech community.
Great new stuff is coming up, so stay tuned! 😃
I want to thank everybody for subscribing to my newsletters over the past two years, and I hope I can provide you with valuable content for years to come! 🚀
Regards,
Marcel
